Register early! Click on the register now link below, fax, mail or e-mail your convention registration form and payment before November 9th and receive the lowest rate.

In order to take advantage of the special discounted hotel rate, you must register for the DSTA's 37th Annual Convention

Fees increase after November 9th and registration closes on November 16th.

After November 16th, you may register in Beaver Creek beginning Friday afternoon. The registration desk will be open until 12:00 PM on Saturday. No on-site registration will be accepted after that time. That means if you do not register prior to 12:00 PM you will not be able to join us Saturday evening.

Payment must accompany your registration. Full registration fee includes the Denver Welcome Reception, Opening Reception in Beaver Creek, Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, Ice Skating Party, and Saturday night's Reception, Dinner, Auction.

Cancellation policy: Full refund less $50 if cancellation is received prior to November 9th. No refunds after that date.
