Activities include downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow-mobiling, ice skating, snow cat tours, ski lessons and more! DSTA registrants may also pick up group lift ticket discount coupons good at Vail and Beaver Creek. Multi-day tickets are also good at Keystone and Breckenridge.

The convention’s opening session begins on Friday evening at 6:00pm to allow you time to enjoy the wonderful restaurants in the Vail valley. The Concierge desk at the Hyatt will be happy to assist with your reservation needs.

For those early Denver arrivals, the Denver Welcome Reception is on Thursday evening from 4:00-6:00PM. So, before heading up to Beaver Creek, join in the fun at the historic Mattie's House of Mirrors. In addition to the Welcome Reception DSTA is providing an educational session beginning at 3:00PM.

Registration Desk

The registration desk will be open the following hours to register.

Friday: 4:00PM - 8:00PM           Saturday: 7:30AM - 12:00PM           Sunday: 8:30AM - 10:00AM

No on-site registrations will be accepted after 12:00 noon on Saturday. If you do not register prior to 12:00 PM Saturday you will not be able to join us Saturday evening.

Dress:
The dress code is causal with an emphasis on western wear for Friday and holiday casual attire for Saturday evening.

Children:
Children are welcome at all events with the exception of Saturday evening. Only children 12 and older may attend the Saturday Evening Event. We suggest that you make arrangements with the hotel for child-care prior to your arrival.

We are providing a special children program again this year. From 4:00 - 6:00PM on Saturday evening We will have a pizza and a movie party. There is no charge. We do request that you sign-up at the registration desk. Space is limited to the first 20.

A few tips ~
Enjoy your Rocky Mountain visit, but remember you are at high altitude. Drink plenty of water and don't ignore symptoms of headache, fatigue and nausea. Also, remember the effects of alcoholic beverages are greater.

New FAA security regulations advise you to arrive at the airport a minimum of 2 hours before your departure time. If you are driving to Denver, allow 2 to 2 1/2 hours one way for the 125 mile trip. If you are departing from Eagle Airport, allow approximately 45 minutes.
